Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous telesales or telemarketing experience, ideally in a business service or consulting environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.
  • Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and business setup processes (preferred, but not mandatory).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our consulting services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding clients’ business needs and identifying areas where we can add value.
  • Present our services, explain the benefits, and schedule appointments for further consultations with senior consultants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through follow-up calls and emails.
  • Work closely with the sales and consulting teams to align client needs with the right solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity in our CRM system.
  • Provide clients with exceptional customer service, answering queries and guiding them through the process.
