Description:

We are seeking two Telesales Executive who can achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies. If you feel this could be the right next step for you, then we would love to hear from you!

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Able to communicate confidently on the phone
  • Previous experience in a Sales Executive or similar role
  • A natural relationship builder who loves working with people
  • Tenacious, resilient and able to overcome objections using strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments where no day is the same

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound calls from potential customers and provide detailed information about our products and services
  • Conducting outbound calls to warm leads, promote our service and convert prospects into customers
  • Understanding customer needs and tailor product offering to meet their requirements
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies
  • Building strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with team members and share knowledge to achieve team goals
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitors and market conditions
