Responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, leading, and motivating the Telesales team to achieve outstanding sales outcomes, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Monitoring and managing team performance, implementing training programs and identifying coaching needs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Developing and executing telesales strategies to convert customers from partners, such as OEMs, Fleet Management, and Leasing Companies.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Digital, and Field teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Analysing sales data to identify areas for improvement, creating KPIs and commission schemes to drive performance.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving telesales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
