Description:
Your role
This is a sales role that requires dedication and focus. You’ll be making a variety of calls including some inbound leads. Through good call structure, quickly building professional rapport to identify needs, you’ll generate selling opportunities and then convert these within targeted levels. This activity will deliver agreed fuel sales and revenue targets that will drive high levels of open-ended commission earnings.
What you’ll be doing
Corpay is looking for Telesales Representatives to join the NZ sales team and focus on generating sales of fuel cards specifically through inbound enquiries such as calls and digital leads. This is an office-based role, working in a call centre sales environment where you will be exposed to the competitive and coveted financial technology sector. This role requires strong communication and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls (60+ calls per day).
Key Responsibilities
- Meet minimum target number of proactive calls daily through outbound calling to potential customers – Leads will be provided
- Consistently follow up digital leads
- Meet minimum target number of card sales monthly
- Provide a consistently high level of Customer Service to all contacts
- Data entry of customer related information into relevant systems
- Load form for each card application with 100% accuracy and full completion before sending to credit team for approval
- Complete internal admin function – CRM – SAGE, CMS functions daily
- Ensure the efficient, accurate and timely loading of all promotions, customers and general data
- Effectively manage a pipeline
Requirements
Ideally you will have sales experience preferably in a high-volume call centre environment and naturally could pick up new systems and processes. Salesforce experience is ideal not but essential. Your strengths will not only be in effective communication, relationships building and making connections with clients, but you will have strong administration & multi-tasking skills. To be successful in this role, you will need
- At least one year of telesales experience, preferably within a call centre environment
- Ability to handle daily high call volume
- Strong hunger for success and career growth
- Tenacious, driven and adaptable to ever-changing business and market conditions
- Extensive computer software skills (Word and Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication (speaking, listening and reasoning)
- Strong time management, multitasking and organisational skills
- Previous experience using a CRM is an advantage
