Description:
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the Telesales Supervisor/ Managing Director, the Telesales Representative will be an outstanding communicator with a professional but friendly approach. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring high standards of Customer Service by working together with the wider team as well as other departments throughout the business.
- Responsible for processing orders, resolving customer queries and ensuring a successful process through to delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Ideally candidates will have experience within a similar customer service department in a sales focused organisation.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering all calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing high quality Customer Service by responding to any queries raised, taking time to listen and understand the customer concerns, agreeing ownership and a timeframe for resolution.
- Keeping customers updated through to resolution with regards to any issues raised.
- Installing connect online ordering system for customers
- Processing orders via phone, email, fax and connect online ordering system
- Logging all relevant information in a professional manner and forwarding to the most appropriate business source for resolution.
- Generate reports for in house and customer use
- Be proactive by looking for efficiencies in all processes and raising these to the Telesales Supervisor in an appropriate manner.
- Keeping up to date with product information and business changes as well as important information communicated by mail or in meeting, etc.
- Covering all tasks appropriate under most circumstances which ensure the efficiency of the office and customer satisfaction.
