Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our Ecommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services over the phone, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing excellent customer service to prospective and current customers. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our online sales and contributing to our success by reaching set sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or similar role, ideally within an ecommerce or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn potential leads into paying customers.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills, with attention to detail in processing orders and maintaining records.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and customer focus.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and offering suitable product solutions.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers with placing orders online or over the phone.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as set by the online Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently through the ecommerce platform, ensuring customer data is correctly entered and updated.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products during customer interactions.
  • Handle customer objections and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to gather feedback and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Maintain a detailed record of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Participate in regular sales training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
