Description:
Job Title: Telesales Representative
Department: Retail Sales
Location: Lagos
Core Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
- Manage, track, and follow up on leads.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos via phone and internet.
- Close sales and meet monthly targets.
- Produce activity reports and collaborate with Affiliate Sales for cross-lead generation.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle sales transactions.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Address customer queries and provide pre- and post-sales services.
- Build and maintain client relationships and internal communication flows.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer acquisition and retention.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Sc., HND, or OND in Sales, Marketing, Science, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, telecoms in the Nigerian market, and ICT.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle stress effectively.
- Courteous, professional, and persistent.
