Description:

Job Title: Telesales Representative
Department: Retail Sales
Location: Lagos

Core Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
  • Manage, track, and follow up on leads.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos via phone and internet.
  • Close sales and meet monthly targets.
  • Produce activity reports and collaborate with Affiliate Sales for cross-lead generation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle sales transactions.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports.
  • Address customer queries and provide pre- and post-sales services.
  • Build and maintain client relationships and internal communication flows.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: B.Sc., HND, or OND in Sales, Marketing, Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, telecoms in the Nigerian market, and ICT.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle stress effectively.
  • Courteous, professional, and persistent.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₦100,000.00 per mont
