Description:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Telesales Manager to ensure the continued growth of the business and development on the Sales Co-Ordinators
- Process sales orders and quotations. Responsible for chasing up of all quotations.
- To distribute work to your team and control the customer inbox on daily basis.
- Responsible for actioning customer service and service calls ie: returns/spare parts etc.
- Liaise with customers on delivery re-scheduling and re-sourcing if required
- Support, identify and manage relationships with internal/external customers effectively to improve revenue and customer experience.
- Energise team to fully participate in process improvements and ensuring they understand clear goals.
