Description:

OUR CLIENT IS IN THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR AN TEMP ADMIN ASSISTANT TO JOIN THEIR TEAM, IN HOPES OF DEVELOPING THEIR CURRENT HIGH PERFORMING TEAM. THEY ARE LOCATED AT CENTRAL – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

  • Manage season parking applications, billing, terminations, and programming.
  • Maintain season parking master list and prepare monthly reports for hourly and season parking.
  • Handle all carpark-related inquiries.
  • Perform reception duties for the Management Office and assist with visitor management.
  • Maintain office logistics, including photocopiers, water dispensers, stationery, refreshments, and uniform dry cleaning.
  • Use Yardi system to create work orders and respond to tenant or public feedback.
  • Generate and send weekly Yardi reports and retail shop opening hours checklists.
  • Prepare monthly management reports.
  • Manage petty cash.
  • Prepare and submit tenant maintenance and insurance records.
