JOB DESCRIPTION:

POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a temporary position in our HR department to support a project of scanning and indexing employee files into an electronic recordkeeping system. This position is located in either Woodland or Willows, CA offices.
The list that follows is not intended as a comprehensive list, but rather to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities.
- Scan and index paper files into electronic recordkeeping system
- Maintain various HR Programs as assigned to ensure recordkeeping is updated periodically; i.e. DMV Pull Notice Program, TB tests, unemployment claims, COBRA, Benefits, file audits etc.
- Support HRG and HR Leadership with various administrative tasks, as assigned.
- Ensures that Human Resource employee files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and agency policies and procedures.
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
- Advanced computer skills essential.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills in maintaining work relationships and in guiding co-workers.
- Ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills and follow through.
- Ability to organize, adapt, and prioritize daily tasks independently.
- Ability to make accurate entries quickly and accurately.
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to adhere to regular attendance
