PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in software development in industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead software architecture effort for mobile Android app with web-based backend for a project team.
- Understand and interpret Federal policy documents describing software requirements.
- Test mobile applications for performance and usability.
