Description:

Are you a self-motivated individual who desires to make a difference? The temple department is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at the Copenhagen Temple on a part-time basis. As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the sanctity and functionality of our temple while providing essential administrative support and customer service to our temple office.

  • Performing a variety of duties under general supervision, including compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing documents, maintaining records, and problem-solving.
  • Carrying out office tasks such as data entry, filing, directing phone calls, and assisting visitors with basic inquiries.
  • Responding to calls, emails, and visitors, providing assistance in resolving basic questions and issues.
  • Maintaining sensitive visitor relations by providing constructive feedback and demonstrating compassion.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks may be assigned as needed.
  • High school graduate with some college education and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a specialized or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and applicable office software.
  • Ability to follow procedural guidelines and adapt to changes in procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve routine questions and refer more complex issues to higher levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
