What you will do:

  • Partner with Revantage, our shared services partner, and other operations service providers to ensure that that the quality of service provided meets established SLA standards and overall customer service expectations.
  • Facilitate the cross-boarding function for all transfers and promotions including systems access, updates, memos and the cross-boarding process to join the new team/ position.
  • Responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting on the annual hiring plan.
  • Maintains the running budget file for headcount planning and reporting.
  • Is a key participant in the LTI program administration, including generating mid-year and annual statements and ensuring accurate offering at time of hire.
  • Supports the year end compensation process from budget approval though comp statements and coaching of leaders through the process.
  • Facilitates the hiring process from approving positions to offer confirmation and LTI generation.
  • Ensure that all exiting team members go through the offboarding process, including systems access being disabled, tech information is clear and the exit interview is completed and shared with needed team members.
  • Point of contact for compliance and HR audit data production and processes.
  • Oversee the running of monthly and quarterly reports as well as packaging and presenting results such as new hire follow-up, turnover, recruiting, headcount, and compliance reporting.
  • Perform analysis as needed and requested and determine ways to create impact.
  • Assist with designing employee perks, health and wellbeing strategies and supporting the operational aspects of program management and execution.
  • Assists with benefits related questions and promotes programs related to benefits
  • Coordinates and manages programs, including but not limited to tracking tuition reimbursement, BTTY (Better Today Than Yesterday) awards, recognition programs and others as needed.
  • Leverage data to continuously measure, evaluate, and improve recruiting operations that achieve the highest quality, and consistency of experience for all stakeholders.
  • Creates, audits and maintains accurate job descriptions and postings.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Promotes diversity & inclusion, collaboration, fairness, high-performance, innovation and integrity
  • Provides general analytical support for the People team

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area
  • 2-4 years or more experience in Human Resources, Compensation or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including team members, management, external parties
  • Experience maintaining and implementing HR-related software
  • Self-motivated with the ability to excel and be flexible in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong change management skills with the ability to drive organization, process and technology change
  • Strong team player with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, while thriving in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to use data and analytics to address and problem-solving skills to make decisions to help improve overall organization health.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in all MS Office products, including intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of HRIS-related software

    Preferred:

  • HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
