The HR Administration & Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting the Italian legal entity with day-to-day administrative activities and payroll processing. You will be also involved in other HR activities and projects such as employee engagement initiatives, recruitments and talent development processes.
This position reports to the HR Manager South Europe and is part of the EMEA HR Team located in Buccinasco, Italy and will be an on-site role

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate personnel administration activities in compliance with local regulations (i.e. data documentation, funds, insurances, pension plans, social security, etc)
  • Coordinate the monthly payroll cycle with the external payroll provider, ensuring correct payment of salaries and variables
  • Coordinate & follow-up employees’ onboarding and offboarding
