Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a Human Resources department.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Google workspace.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with job postings on job boards and the company website.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
- Coordinate background checks and reference checks for potential hires.
- Onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding activities such as paperwork completion and employee training.
- Ensure new employees have the necessary resources on their first day.
- Communicate new employee start date with complete new employee file to corresponding department.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Prepare and process employee paperwork, such as employment contracts, change forms, corrective actions and termination documents.
- HR Administration:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing mail.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist with benefits enrollment and changes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with problem resolution.
- Maintain benefits-related documentation and records.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist with employee communications, announcements, and HR-related inquiries.
- Support HR Manager with employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Time & Labor
- Familiarize themselves with the company’s timekeeping policies, including regulations related to overtime, breaks, and time-off accrual.
