Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a Human Resources department.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Google workspace.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with job postings on job boards and the company website.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
  • Coordinate background checks and reference checks for potential hires.
  • Onboarding
  • Coordinate onboarding activities such as paperwork completion and employee training.
  • Ensure new employees have the necessary resources on their first day.
  • Communicate new employee start date with complete new employee file to corresponding department.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Prepare and process employee paperwork, such as employment contracts, change forms, corrective actions and termination documents.
  • HR Administration:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing mail.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and changes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with problem resolution.
  • Maintain benefits-related documentation and records.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Assist with employee communications, announcements, and HR-related inquiries.
  • Support HR Manager with employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Time & Labor
  • Familiarize themselves with the company’s timekeeping policies, including regulations related to overtime, breaks, and time-off accrual.
