  • This is a reduced hours role working 28 to 32 hours over 4 or 5 days - to be discussed during interview process.
  • HR Leadership: Establish, develop and implement HR strategies, methods and policies in line with the company’s goals, Porsche Group Directives and UAE Labour Law. Responsible for HR Advisor, Receptionist and HR Intern.
  • alent Acquisition: Oversee and lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. Support employees with their Individual Plans formal learning requests.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Establish and maintain positive employee relations across the organisation. Drive initiatives to promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, satisfaction and well-being.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance. Manage relationships with external benefits providers and vendors e.g. insurances, benchmarking. HR planning and budgeting updates.
  • HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure HR operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsible for all elements of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Responsible for payroll approval/sign off. Contact person for the areas of diversity and equal opportunities and for HR Compliance topics as per the Whistleblower Directive.

QualificationsQualificationsQualifications

  • Generalist HR management experience leading a team/function within the UAE.
  • High-level proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively to various audiences.
  • CIPD qualified, Bachelors in business administration/HR or similar accreditation.
  • Ability to manage and motivate effectively with an adaptability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment; ensuring smooth HR operations during the cover period.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders including C-suite.
  • Commitment to the temporary hiring period outlined.
