Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Department of Psychology invites applications for a Temporary Management Support Officer (12-month contract). The candidate is expected to work about 24 hours per week and will be paid $15 per hour.
Duties and responsibilities will be split between the Clinical Masters and the Continuous Education and Training (CET) programmes.

Clinical Masters Programme (Clinical and Health Psychology Centre)

• Transfer data to One Drive from Titanium
• Online / Referral Registration
• Scanning of old protocols to One Drive – Client Case Folders, old case files to be shredded
• Assisting Admin on end and start of placement matters
• Configuration of laptops
• Housekeeping of intern rooms
• Housekeeping of SharePoint Folders
• Ad hoc: Maintenance of CHPC Test Library Protocols and kits
• Ad hoc: Assisting with Professional clients when available

Psychology CET Programme

• CET Advertising
• Design advertising materials such as Poster, Website Banners, Brochures etc.
• Design and develop our yearly Professional Certificate (PC) report
• Workshop Support
• Booking of training venues
• Liaising with caterers for setup
• Attendance taking
• Post-Workshop Admin
• Consolidating training results from trainers
• Issuance of certificates
• Monitor participants who have completed the required workshops for a PC

QUALIFICATIONS

A diploma holder good with computer skills and ability to design EDMs
