QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Qualification in Marketing/communication or related is essential;
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP;
- Good business writing and communication skills;
- Social media management experience;
- Must be willing to travel where necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing, Sales & Service department;
- Coordinate the process of updating templates, policies and signage when required;
- Assist with all Corporate Events including Trade Shows, Conferences, Customer Corporate Events, Product Launches and Internal Events;
- Distribution of Internal Employee Communication;
- Corporate Promotional Store. Ensuring stock levels are up to date and sufficient customer gifts are in stock;
- Collaborate with departments to gather stories and input for quarterly employee newsletter;
- Social Media. Review social media trends, assist with calendar scheduling of content, assist with obtaining and creating of content;
- Provide support to Transformation department for project handover events.
