Are you our new Temporary Paralegal?
The Group/Global Legal Team, composed of lawyers in Intrum’s head office, needs support in its daily operations due to a large number of special projects run by the Group.
This is a newly created fixed term position of six months for these special projects where the Group Legal Team needs an additional resource, reporting to one of the five Legal Directors reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. The position may turn into a permanent role focusing on general paralegal assignments.
What will you do:
In collaboration with a Global Legal Assistant based in Athens, and the Legal Investment Officers based in Ireland and Switzerland:

Support the Group Legal Team on project work, by:

• keeping checklists up to date
• following up on due deliveries
• facilitate internal coordination (ensure smooth coordination between Legal and other group departments)

Take ownership of corporate housekeeping:

• Creating, filing and preparing corporate documents for the Swedish group companies
• Coordination of electronic signatures, wet ink signatures and notarization processes
• Ensure proper maintenance of contract records and filings
• Handle KYC requests and other compliance related matters for the Swedish group companies including the listed parent company.

What we’re looking for:

Ideally some notions of legal design

Excellent proficiency in customary IT tools (e.g. Office 365 etc.) - (Required)

It’s a plus if you bring:

• Experience with Docker containers for deploying and managing models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
