Rôle: Réceptionniste / Adjointe Administrative
Statut : Permanent
Emplacement: Laval, QC
Nous sommes à la recherche pour combler le poste d’un (e) Réceptionniste / Adjointe administrative dans la Région de Laval.
La principale responsabilité de ce poste est d’effectuer efficacement des tâches administratives nécessitant une bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
  • Requisition and track various products requested by the production team
  • Produce various daily and monthly operating reports
  • Handle correspondence (mail)
  • Prepare and translate Power Point presentations and in-house Power Point training sessions
  • Establish and maintain an efficient filing system
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and promotional items
  • Prepare documents for mailing
  • Make various reservations (air/hotel/car) for management team trips
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, mainly human resource
