Rôle: Réceptionniste / Adjointe Administrative

Emplacement: Laval, QC
Nous sommes à la recherche pour combler le poste d’un (e) Réceptionniste / Adjointe administrative dans la Région de Laval.
La principale responsabilité de ce poste est d’effectuer efficacement des tâches administratives nécessitant une bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
- Requisition and track various products requested by the production team
- Produce various daily and monthly operating reports
- Handle correspondence (mail)
- Prepare and translate Power Point presentations and in-house Power Point training sessions
- Establish and maintain an efficient filing system
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and promotional items
- Prepare documents for mailing
- Make various reservations (air/hotel/car) for management team trips
- Provide administrative support to various departments, mainly human resource
