Description:
Rentco Equipment Ltd. is a fast-paced local company that has been servicing Grande Prairie and the Peace Country for 60 years. We provide construction, oilfield, and homeowner equipment and consumables in the areas.
We are currently looking for a temporary Receptionist to work out of our Grande Prairie Head Office.
This is a temporary position for approximately 2 months. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00-5:00pm
As the Receptionist, you are responsible for:
- Presenting a positive and professional image to all customers, suppliers, etc.
- Responding to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from customers
- Accepting and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments
- Receiving and distributing mail
- Assisting with maintaining the front shop by facing products
- Ensure that appropriate evacuation procedures are carried out in the event of an emergency
- General administration duties as required
You have the following skills and experience:
- Previous reception experience would be an asset
- Ability to work Monday- Friday from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
- Superior customer service, telephone manners, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Punctual and motivated
