PENN DENTAL MEDICINE seeks a temporary laboratory technician to assist senior level researchers on various supervised research projects within the lab; including, but not limited to, lab preparation, data collection, animal husbandry, and lab supply inventory management.

The Ko laboratory at Penn Dental Medicine is recruiting a motivated and inquisitive individual for an entry-level temporary laboratory position.

The TEMPORARY RESEARCH LABORATORY TECHNICIAN will be responsible for:

  • Assist senior level researchers on various supervised research projects within the lab.
  • Carry out routine tasks such as lab/experiment preparation, place orders for supplies, help maintain inventory and place lab equipment in their designated areas at the end of the day.
  • Gather data from experiments, complete data entry and analyze data in collaboration with senior level researchers - with the intent of presenting research results in laboratory meetings.
