What you’ll do Our Temporary Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Temporary Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals. This Temporary position is to support the business through the additional seasonal traffic. Your end employment date will be discuss during the interview process. Position Requirements: · at least 16 years of age · a willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds · Goal/Achievement oriented · Some technical aptitude · Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities · Ability to work a flexible schedule. This TEMPORARY position is to support the business through the additional seasonal traffic. Your end employment date will be discussed during the interview process. Pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
