Description:
Are you an experienced medical staffing professional looking for an exciting short-term project? We are seeking a Medical Rostering & Temporary Staffing Specialist to join a dynamic team at Croydon University Hospital. This pilot project will focus on managing the rostering and temporary staffing needs for medical staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in medical rostering or temporary staffing
- Proficiency in Optima, TRAC, and Bankstaff systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start immediately
