We are seeking a Medical Rostering & Temporary Staffing Specialist to join a dynamic team at Croydon University Hospital. This pilot project will focus on managing the rostering and temporary staffing needs for medical staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in medical rostering or temporary staffing
• Proficiency in Optima, TRAC, and Bankstaff systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Available to start immediately
