Description:

To contribute to the overall effective running of the Temporary Staffing Department by providing an effective administrative service as part of a flexible Temporary Staffing HR Administrators team.
Dependent on work volumes Temporary Staffing HR Administrators will be required to work across administration teams supporting end to end recruitment for all staff groups when employing Bank Workers.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced administrator to join our Temporary Staffing HR Administration team for London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.
We are looking for a hard working team player who displays great attention to detail and can adapt to change. You must have a good standard of education, excellent inter-personal skills along with good verbal and written skills. You should be computer literate, a good knowledge of Trac and ESR is preferable though not essential as training will be provided. An ability to prioritise your own workload is essential.
The post holder will provide effective and efficient administrative, clerical and data management support to the Temporary Staffing team.
