Description:

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS:

  • Demonstrated proficiency using Google and Microsoft Office applications (assessment will be conducted)
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience using one or more of these programs: SAP Ariba, SAP PO Creation, SAP MIGO, SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Time Entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and responsibilities is required

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • With work locations all over the city and most assignments easily accessible by transit, our Clerks and Administrative Assistants perform tasks like data entry, records management, customer service, reception, call centre, and many others
  • Successful candidates will become part of Staff Support (internal staffing pool) and will be assigned to various placements based on the needs and operations of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Completion of Grade 12 OR an appropriate administrative certificate program
  • Minimum 1 year diversified administrative experience including but not limited to reception, data entry, call centre, meeting minutes and information processing
