Description:
- s, interview guides, and rubrics or ratings sheets, on-boarding plans) for all positions that become available across the network.
- Assist hiring managers and the Assistant Director of Staff Recruitment in creating, negotiating and communicating candidate offers.
- Work alongside the Director of Talent Operations & Employee Experience to ensure follow-through with new hire on-boarding and support new hire human resource systems navigation and needs.
- Assist in maintaining and updating internal recruitment/vacancy databases of candidates/new hire information.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records towards recruitment and selection goals through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Screen applications materials for positions across the network as determined by the Assistant Director of Staff Recruitment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is a requirement of the job.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting/talent sourcing, ideally in an educational/non-profit environment.
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including families, teachers, and school administrators.
- A commitment to the public educationExceptional communication, organization, and planning skills.
- A strong analytical understanding and ability to analyze data and upkeep of data sources.
- Ability to work in a high stakes, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
