Responsibilities:

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

They are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join their vibrant team. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process for temporary positions, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to collaborating closely with schools and educational organizations.
The desk is already established and is currently running at 50-75 days per week. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the education sector while developing your career in recruitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions to understand their staffing needs.
  • Find and win your own clients within the sector, whilst servicing the current schools that they work with.
  • Advertise temporary job vacancies across various platforms to attract qualified educators and support staff.
  • Conduct thorough candidate searches, interviews, and assessments to ensure a perfect match for each role.
  • Provide excellent client service by understanding their requirements and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate onboarding, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the education sector to advise clients and candidates effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
