Description:

We have an opportunity for a Tenancy Delivery Lead to join the team at one of our Head Office locations. In this role you will partner with the business in delivering world class Tenancy (Retail, Workplace, Industrial and Land Lease Community) Delivery expertise to Stockland.
You will lead and manage the Tenancy Delivery process to drive high quality Delivery outcomes and highlight opportunities throughout the Delivery approval process. Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders (including outsource service providers) in order to achieve Stockland’s vision.

Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or Open Work Visa holders with more than 12 months validity from their role start date.

Responsibilities:

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Promote and lead the effective delivery of quality tenancies across several asset classes within a 12-16 weeks programme or to industry best practice.
  • Contribute to the tenancy delivery strategic framework, policies, processes and best practices
  • Work with the Outsource Service Provider, Design team and any other Stockland stakeholders to minimise Category 1 Costs, gain Tenant approval and recover all recoverable Category 1 Costs from Tenant.
  • Work with Outsource Service Provider to procure strategic relationships with shopfitters, trades and service providers and establish a preferred supplier list. Regularly tender works and ensure rates are best available in the marketplace.
  • Review existing delivery procedures and systems and revise where required to better the performance and efficiency of the business unit.
  • Adhere to all leasing rules that are related to tenancy delivery process, procedures and system activities so that SAP (or any other Stockland system) reflects our one source of business / customer information.
  • Manage appropriate relationships with the key stakeholder groups directly (i.e. outsource service provider, Leasing, Centre Management, Tenants, Designers) to achieve required business outcomes and in a manner that enhances the image and reputation of Stockland
  • Manage the performance of any outsourced service provider and assist them with scheduling of works, access to Stockland resources and adequately feedback performance criteria and data and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
