Responsibilities:
The Tenancy Enforcement Officer role forms part of the Council’s approach to tackling nuisance and antisocial behaviour in the borough. Your role will be.
- Encouraging compliance with tenancy terms and conditions to sustain tenancies.
- Taking appropriate early intervention or enforcement actions to deal with breaches of tenancy and leasehold conditions including nuisance and anti-social behaviour.
Liaising with appropriate agencies and other departments, leading the response on serious, complex and/or time-consuming cases.Ensuring the Council’s legal and contractual obligations are met, and a customer focused service is provided to the highest standard.
