Tenant Support and Community Relations Specialist (Vancouver)

Delivering new housing often requires developers to relocate residents from buildings undergoing redevelopment to new homes, all in compliance with tenant relocation and protection policies in any given jurisdiction. Anthem’s goal and commitment is to meet all residents where they are, and to successfully relocate individuals, where required, to new homes with a high degree of empathy, compassion, courtesy and respect for each individual and their unique circumstances.
We are seeking a Tenant Support and Community Relations Specialist to join the Anthem team to bring their expertise, authenticity and diplomacy to this challenging work. You will lead the tenant relocation process and be the main point of contact and liaison for residents. You will be known for being respectful and fair, while also being resourceful and solutions-oriented while working within the required timelines, policy and guidelines set out in the various jurisdictions where Anthem has a presence. You will also be supporting Anthem’s Community Relations process through various public engagements and communication efforts.
