Description:
TENDER AND CONTRACT SPECIALIST
Location: Abu Dhabi - with occasional offshore visit as require
- Qualification: Bachelor of Science or Engineering
Experience:
- 10+ years total experience in E&P industry as tender coordinator and & Contact Administrator
- Experience as Drilling engineer and Contract Administrator, should have extensive experience in the drilling industry
- Shall have more than 3 years working experience in Oil and Gas
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation, submission and administration of tenders and contracts related to drilling services and operations
- Experience as work/support drilling, completion, workover (incl. ESP replacement) operations as engineer
- Experience as tender, contract coordinating / monitoring / negotiation / technical evaluation as Contract Administrator.
- Experience in tendering , procurement planning, related document preparation, evaluation for Market Survey, Contract negotiation etc.
