We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Tendering Engineer to join Schneider Electric’s new industrial Greenfield-focused team in Stockholm. As a key member of the growing Nordic division, you will lead tendering efforts for industrial Greenfield projects across Europe, excluding France. This role offers the unique opportunity to help build a new team from the ground up, shaping the future of Schneider Electric’s tendering operations in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tendering processes for industrial Greenfield projects, ensuring optimal proposals and solutions for industrial control systems.
- Work actively and closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams, supporting the Nordics and occasionally other European regions.
- Develop and support a growing team in Stockholm, with plans to expand in the coming year.
- Exchange insights with counterparts in other European offices to ensure alignment with company-wide tendering strategies.
