Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic business development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates. You’ll lead and orchestrate the deal team to secure successful bids and drive the company’s growth. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including marketing, finance, and project management), developing and executing capture strategies, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive capture strategy,
- Executing the capture strategy, including early positioning to win,
- Consolidating a competitive and comprehensive tender,
- Negotiating terms and finalizing the deal with clients,
- Managing and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives,
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant company policies and regulatory requirements,
- Securing necessary internal approvals throughout the deal process,
- Effectively promoting and selling the capture strategy both internally and externally,
- Securing advanced payment and Notice to Proceed (NTP)

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field,

- Capacity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goal
