Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical Engineering, Sales, Healthcare Management or related discipline or other professional relevant experiences.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with the public procurement processes and experience in handling complex tender documentation.
  • Structured, independent and accurate working manners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.

Responsibilities:

ROLE FUNCTIONS:

  • Tender & Framework Project Management:
  • Analyze tender requirements and ensure all submissions comply with client specifications.
  • Prepare tender documentation in collaboration with the sales, legal, and technical teams.
  • Coordinate the completion of all necessary documentation required for submission within strict deadlines.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, product management, logistics, and legal) to gather and validate information required for tender proposals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all tender-related inquiries and clarifications.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities in the public and private healthcare sectors.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the bidding process.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure that all tender documents adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tender activities and provide reports on the status and outcomes of tenders.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process enhancement in tender submissions to increase efficiency and success rates.
  • Develop strategies to improve the quality of proposals and win rates.
