Description:
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Service proposals in form of Request for Information, Request for Quotation and formal Invitations to Tender
- Analysis of tender packages
- Confirmation of local requirements (eg visas, licences etc)
- Preparation of costs and commercial offer
- Respond to customer questions during tender process.
- Creation and preparation of compelling proposals
- Collaboration with COO Service and Management teams in the regions, including subject matter experts (for example Head of Blades), to deliver tender packages to clients
- Management of opportunities within the Salesforce CRM environment to ensure up to date records on tender progress
- Participate in sales pipeline and business review meetings to inform of tender progress
- Support in collection of market and competitor information to enhance the Fairwind value proposition in the commercial offer.
