Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

Mammoet is currently looking for an experienced Tendering Administrator to join our Mammoet Canada Western Estimating and Tendering team. To coordinate, communicate and control processes and activities within the department in Western Canada. Provide administrative support to the Public Relations & Communications department and assist as required with administration for Tendering & Estimating, ensuring all administration and corresponding documents are maintained to date, organized and accessible according to all Mammoet HSE/SHE-Q, business and quality standards, policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

  • Conduct all business in a professional, respectful manner
  • Maintain customer master data (client lists) in SAP
  • Compile sales reporting (CRM & SAP Business Warehouse)
  • Evaluates current and future performance reporting needs for executive sales team, conceive, build and implement performance reporting tools that track mutually agreed upon key performance indicators.
  • Follows through in SAP to develop, recommend and implement enhancement to continuously improve core performance reporting tools
  • Administrates and monitors the follow up process of the proposals and visit reports that have gone out together with the account managers
  • Assists with monthly and quarterly add hoc reports for MD through VP Sales & Marketing
  • Facilitates sales group meetings, including recording and distributing of minutes
  • Assists the Public Relations & Communications Department as necessary
  • Provide assistance in publication of quotations, bid packages and prequalification’s, as required.
