Description:
Our Nordic Organon team for Cardiovascular & Women Health products is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join us in Norway. For this role you ideally live on the Western side of Norway close to either Bergen, Stavanger or Trondheim.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets. Preferably with experience from cardiology.
- Excellent communication skills, high enthusiasm, and a strong networker.
- Team player, that collaborates effecively with the team
- Willingness to travel and be out in the field seeing customers face to face.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute a national account plan based on customer and market insights.
- Understanding of the Norwegian health system.
- Experience in organizing face-to-face, remote or hybrid speaker meetings and attendance to congresses.
- English at professional level since English is our company language

Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Deliver professional product presentations to cardiology hospital clinics, private cardiology out clinics and primary care. Ensuring relevant decision makers are clear on the clinical benefits of your products to support access to hospital guidelines.
- KOL Development: Engage and develop your regional and national opinion leaders to build clinical experience with your cardiology products and support therapy area medical education.
- Customer Support: Proactively communicate with customers through compliant channels, including face-to-face visits, virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Meeting Management: Project lead speaker events and our attendance to national / regional congresses.
- Account Plans: Analyzing the district sales, external environment, setting goals and decide on key activities. Manage the promotional budget.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the Territory Account Manager for south of Norway, Nordic Sales Manager, Nordic Medical Advisor and Nordic Brand Manager to provide value to customers and build lasting relationships.
- Brand Building: Develop Organon’s reputation the market as a trusted scientific partner in cardiology and Women Health.
- Digital Channels: Maximizing the use of the CRM tools and company platforms.
