Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Territory Account Manager -Machine Control Products at Aptella, you will proactively promote our complete range of products and solutions, manage clients, and drive revenue growth to meet or exceed KPIs and objectives. You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager, your team, and the operations team, ensuring regular face-to-face contact with clients to develop and maintain strong relationships. You will ensure internal teams are aware of client expectations and execute accordingly with our business and operational systems.
This role is based in Wellington/ Central North Island and will encompass the Northern Region. The successful candidate will deliver or exceed financial targets and business objectives for the region, build and maintain client relationships for maximum satisfaction, contributing to the overall sales strategy, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, and acting as an ambassador for the Aptella Vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (margin) targets.
- Plan and direct sales and account management activities to meet predetermined targets.
- Pursue new and existing opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain contact with key clients, identify, and steer opportunities for business improvement and growth.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitors’ sales strategies and products to optimize market share.
- Frequent travel within the region and as required to other regions.
