Chewy Health is on a multi-year journey to build a set of new pet parent and veterinarian facing services, delivered via our PracticeHub platform, making it easier to keep pets of all shapes and sizes, leading healthy, happy lives.
As part of this mission, Chewy Health is currently seeking an experienced Territory Clinic Success Associate in our Chewy Healthcare Services organization. It’s primarily a customer facing, field work job and will own a portfolio of veterinary clinics in a given geographical territory and be responsible for driving adoption of PracticeHub, our online platform, to streamline the prescription process and meet pet parents where they already shop today. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to clinics, driving ongoing engagement to help save time and grow revenue. This will require relation building through in-person meetings covering the clinics in driving proximity of base town and will involve driving and overnight stay in pre-identified locations within the territory. They will also own the relationship through virtual engagement with vet clinics enrolled on PracticeHub in the territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Build deep and meaningful relationships through a partnership and consultative model while driving loyalty with veterinary professionals within your portfolio
  • Do veterinary engagement as per predetermined cadence across the clinic success lifecycle through both In-person clinic visits and virtual meetings.
  • Execute programs and tactics to increase the utilization of PracticeHub and other Chewy Health services.
  • Accelerate the usage, feature adoption, and re-activation of clinics enrolled with PracticeHub clinics get maximum benefit from the platform.
  • Provide content and client support to ensure clinics can seamlessly adopt and operationalize PracticeHub and associated services.
  • Primary role of field working visiting clinics in-person base town and outstation locations in the territory and be a trusted advisor for the clinics teams; sharing best practices, identifying growth opportunities, and evaluating and analyzing s.
  • Be a veterinarian, practice team and pet parent advocate, providing ongoing feedback to Product Management and Engineering to improve the veterinarian and pet parent
