Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Territory Coverage Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years in a sales role
  • Class Five driver’s license
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superb computer skills - able to effectively use MS Office and other collaboration software
  • Able to build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Experience with Educational Furniture Purchasing/Quoting is an asset
  • Design background or understanding is considered an asset
  • Comfortable with travelling to visit client locations

Responsibilities:

  • Visit all scheduled appointments to ensure comprehensive client engagement
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, addressing any questions regarding our products and services
  • Proactively assist in resolving issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Go the extra mile to exceed client expectations and foster long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team, sharing necessary information to ensure smooth operations
  • Work together to achieve customer happiness and maintain a positive team environment
  • Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets through diligent follow-up on projects and quotes
  • Track open opportunities and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to provide tailored recommendations
  • Measuring the space to provide accurate information to design team.
  • Develop creative solutions to address customer challenges effectively.
  • Forensic follow upon all open opportunities
