Responsibilities:

    We are seeking a results-oriented Consumer Electronics (CE) Territory Lead based out of Kelowna, BC. The Territory Lead will engage, inspire, hire, train and develop teams of CE & Photocentre Sales Associates who work within a variety of Walmart locations throughout the BC Interior Region. You will lead by example and create a team culture that supports success, inclusivity, collaboration, and people development. Our focus is on finding talented leaders who have a proven track record of leading successful teams- regardless of the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service always
  • Generate interest and awareness in the Consumer Electronics (CE) and Photocentre departments by proactively engaging Walmart customers with a focus on overall customer experience
  • Accountable for achieving operational excellence through ongoing development of CE and Photocentre Sales Associates
  • Responsible for achieving all key performance indicators including sales, merchandising, customer experience and operational targets
  • Collaborate with district and in-store Walmart leadership to determine ongoing strategic action plans that support all key business objectives
  • Create and facilitate training initiatives with a focus on coaching, sales excellence, and personal/professional development
  • Daily store visit reports to district leadership on store initiatives, coaching and training, and hiring progression.
  • Follow proper procedures for on-boarding and off-boarding employees as outlined by the Operations and Human Resources teams
  • Ensure all locations are staffed appropriately - support the hiring process of employees in all locations
