Responsibilities:

At Uber, our Territory teams are essential to bringing our global product to life in local markets. As a Territory Lead for Uber Eats in Mexico, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the future of Uber Eats in the Caribbean Market.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of Account Managers and Analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop strategies that drive growth and improve the user experience. Your vision and leadership will help maintain market penetration, enhance customer service, and build lasting loyalty.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead your market: Spend time in your territory to understand local needs, meet with key partners, and ensure strong market connections.
  • Build relationships: Expand our network of restaurant partners, guide their development, and ensure the highest quality service for Uber Eats users.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Policy, and other teams to roll out new processes and products.
