You will be responsible for:
- Direct sales responsibilities for London/South East UK and achieving agreed sales targets, focusing on sales growth.
- Increasing market share in the Cardiac Surgery Operating Unit (Perfusion & ECLS portfolio).
- Building strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through clinical selling.
- Delivering Medtronic value propositions and promoting brand across the territory and preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Leading selling activities within the territory and identifying sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Working mainly in the Theatre environment supporting and advising surgeons, perfusionists and theatre personnel.
- Travelling throughout the territory of London/South East UK and attending all required meetings.
Must Haves
- Graduate educated (or equivalent professional skills)
- Previous measurable sales experience
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Full, Clean driving licence
Nice to Haves
- Previous cardiovascular sales experience or similar
- Experience working within hospitals sales
- Clinical Perfusionist or ECLS specialist
- Theatre experience
