Responsibilities:
Representing Peters Ice Cream in the Independent Grocery space working across Western Sydney Metro, Regional NSW and ACT, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO’s) to drive distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance of Peters Ice Cream iconic brands using opportunity-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products
- Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
- Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
- Driving sales results
- Develop strong store relationships
- Implementation of Ice Cream layouts
- Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.
