You will be responsible for:

  • Selling and promoting our diabetes product and service portfolio in line with the Swedish sales and marketing strategy.
  • Working closely with current and coming external key stakeholders and business partners and functions to overcome capacity barriers and ensure excellent execution to grow business in the defined territory.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining strategic plans, fiscal year objectives, quarterly action plans and sales call logs for all accounts in Salesforce on a daily basis.
  • Use key reports/data to analyze territory/ account performance to maximize business growth.
  • Keeping up to date with health-economics, reimbursement and tender processes with potential to influence tender outcomes.
  • Build – together with sales manager – strong and lasting business relationships with key opinion leaders and key decision makers influential in the purchasing process.
  • Train and educate relevant hospital staff on Medtronic product portfolio.
  • Being willing to take on added responsibilities and projects when needed.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life-science, Marketing or another relevant degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience (medical device/pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience)
  • Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of building a robust stakeholder network and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Strong clinical and competitive capabilities and selling skills
  • Strong communication skills, verbal as well as written in Swedish and English
  • Driving license
