TERRITORY MANAGER – METTLER TOLEDO (ANZ)
- Autonomy to develop sales and service/ support opportunities across the country.

- $80k base + uncapped commission + superannuation + vehicle.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales or account management – ideally with a technical or automation bias.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, business or related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to explore beyond the obvious.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and trusted relationship skills, able to present information in a variety of formats to meet customer needs.
- A high level of self-motivation, able to work autonomously with a drive for results.
- Commercial acumen with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Effective time management and planning, enabling you to thrive and be energised in your work.
- A disciplined approach to recording information and data management (CRM), providing regular reporting and sales insights.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a tenacious, technically-savvy, sales professional to drive sales, service and business opportunities across the country.
You will play a vital role by:
- Sourcing new business opportunities, following up on leads and maintaining strong relationships with valued customers.
- Developing and maintaining an effective sales pipeline, optimising call cycles and travel plans.
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations, product demonstrations and structured proposals.
- Remaining current with company products, industry trends and sales capabilities.
- Providing solutions-based advice, information, guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborating with the sales and senior leadership team in the execution of marketing campaigns, key account management, sales forecasting and reporting.
- Identifying solutions improvements based on customer feedback and insights.
