POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Manager to oversee the operations and sales performance within a designated geographical area. You will be the key link between corporate management, staff, and customers, responsible for meeting sales targets, managing budgets, and fostering customer relationships. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving growth and maintaining high levels of account retention.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of industry-related sales and supervisory experience.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and virtual meeting tools.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Performance: Collaborate with the District Manager to create budgets, business plans, and pricing strategies that align with company objectives. Manage labor and expenses to meet benchmarks.
- Sales Growth: Execute sales plans through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop proposals, presentations, and bids, and follow the sales process to generate new business. Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.
- Customer Retention: Maintain strong customer relationships through regular check-ins, both virtual and in-person. Meet rebooking goals and ensure all agreements are submitted on time.
- Staffing & Development: Hire, train, and manage full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing development to ensure the team meets its objectives.
- Operations Management: Ensure proper scheduling of photography dates, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and oversee job submissions to ensure they are production-ready.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer service issues promptly, solicit feedback, and follow up on prior customers to address concerns and improve retention.
