Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Territory Manager to lead and expand our business within the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the growth and performance of the regional team. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in sales, business development, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand the company’s presence and relevance in the MENA region through ENG/NMGH regional offices.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of deals with key clients.
- Be responsible to on-board products of clients for online and offline representation & entry into the regional MENA markets, even outside of the traditional Marketplace agency business scope, and researching into client warehousing set-ups and distribution arrangements with monetising of all revenues/costs, import/export, eventually leading to a more successful relationship with distributors & product owners.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify opportunities for further growth.
