Responsibilities:
JOB ROLE SUMMARY
- Develop and execute strategies consistent with geographical/functional objectives
- Understand and adjust strategies accommodate market, competitor trends, developments affecting offer and cost to serve
- Measure and improve the business though timely stewardship
- Establish the protocols for interactions with support functions
- Oversee organizations Channel Partners (e.g. Distribution, Retail, Repair Shop, OEM, etc.) capabilities development
- Set opex boundaries
- Coach the Sales Supervisors in their support of the Professional Sales Process and related processes
- Manage organization consistent with Corporate Supervisory Effectiveness Framework
- Reinforce and recognize coaching behavior and culture in the Cluster
- Manage organization consistent with Corporate Supervisory Effectiveness Framework
JOB ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides organizational leadership and strategic guidance necessary to achieve BU goals. Articulates optimal GBU offer elements for business segments
